203	C997, C107	If the employee has an academic Title Code (C107), then the Paid Over Code (C997) should not be blank.
204	C950, C897	If the Appointment without Salary Indicator (C897) is "Y" then the Pay Schedule Code (C950) may be blank. If the Appointment without Salary Indicator is not "Y" then the Pay Schedule Code should be "MA", "MO", "SM", or "BW".
205	C133, C897	If the Appointment without Salary Indicator (C897) is "Y" then the Appointment Rate Code (C133) may be blank. If the Appointment without Salary Indicator is not "Y" then the Appointment Rate Code should be "A", "B", or "H".
