Data Available in the Personnel Data Warehouse:
The Personnel data warehouse, including the WebFocus system was retired in 2022 with the final data loaded upto January 2022.
- Snapshot:
- Monthly cycles from July 2000 through January 2022.
- October final cycles from October 1989 through October 2021 (excluding October 1991 and 1995)
Note: All snapshots cycles are placed in the ALL table once the cycle is considered final. The only table which contains preliminary data is the CURRENT table (e.g, Per_Snap_Curr).

- Fiscal Year:

- Complete Fiscal year cycles from final June 1998 through June 2021.
- Current FY table contains data from the most recent complete month.
Note: Previous fiscal year cycles are placed in the ALL table once the cycle is considered final. Current FY data is available in the Per_FY_Current table and is updated monthly. - Fiscal Year FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) Statistics SQL Logic
- Dependent Data:
