Cognos Migration and Decommissioning of CDW/CSG

Dear Colleague,

As part of the continuing modernization of reporting infrastructure, CSG Student Data and Reports has been transitioned to the new UC Report Center built using the IBM Cognos reporting tool. If you have not already created a Cognos account, you will be prompted to create a new account the first time. The UC Report Center is available directly at UCReportCenter.ucop.edu. CSG Student Data and Reports have all been decommissioned at this time.

The following subject areas in CSG have been transitioned:

Student Enrollment
Degree
Graduate Admissions
Undergraduate Admissions
Financial Aid

CSX Cross Reference data and reporting (School codes, majors, colleges, degree, CCM) have been migrated to the Data Operations Hub. You can access the code tables via this link: http://data.ucop.edu/subject-area/code-tables.html.

Finance, budget, staffing and Personnel Reporting in CSG are not impacted at this time.
