Corporate Account Fund Profile, the Corporate Financial System, the Corporate Budget System, the Corporate Staffing System, and the Common Chart of Accounts monthly balances file submissions from campuses who are mapping to the CCOA.
While not a part of the Corporate Financial Data Warehouse, the Interlocation Transfer of Funds (ITF) System enables the transfer of funds, both permanent and temporary, between the campuses and systemwide locations. Additionally, Corporate Asset Depreciation (DPR) is available and calculates depreciation on the following assets held by the University of California: buildings and leasehold improvements, infrastructure, general improvements, intangible assets, equipment, library materials, and software.
The new Amazon Web Services Financial Data Warehouse is a repository of current and historical data mapped to the new CCOA at the systemwide shared segment level. The data originates from the monthly campus file submissions for Corporate Account Fund Profile, the Corporate Financial System and the Common Chart of Accounts file submissions.
